The Local Churches, Circuits and Districts within the Methodist Church in Great Britain respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information (personal data). This privacy notice lets you know how we look after your personal data which either you provide to us or we obtain and hold about you and it tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

MAKING A COMPLAINT

If you wish to make a complaint as to how your personal data is processed, or you believe your rights have been infringed then please contact the Head of Legal & Constitutional Matters (TMCP) at dataprotection@tmcp.org.uk. (Unless  your complaint is related to a safeguarding issue, then please email the Data Protection Officer at Connexion at dataprotection@methodistchurch.org.uk).

Your complaint will be acknowledged within one calendar month and TMCP/Connexion will aim to provide you with a substantive response without delay, but usually within 30 days of our acknowledgement. 

If we are unable to satisfactorily deal with your complaint, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the ICO at:
