On Sunday 11 February 2018 Jill preached at Wesley Methodist Church, Chester.
There was a World Church event "To Russia With Love" in the afternoon from 3pm to 6pm at Trinity Halton, Runcorn including a tea.
This was a well attended event that began with worship led by Rev'd David Hamflett. Jill gave her engaging presentation about her visit to Russia. She spoke about what it was like to be a Methodist, both lay and ordained in the face of discrimination and opposition within a Russian context. After tea there was evening worship conducted in a mixture of useful styles in an upbeat manner.
