Christleton Sunday Afternoon Teas – 1st Sunday of the month – 5th May, 2.30 to 4.30pm in the Schoolroom at Christleton Methodist Church with donations going to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd.

Saturday May 11th at 3 pm at Wesley, Chester: 'The Beloved Son'

Andy Harrison (Claire Heald's brother) is returning to Wesley to perform this new play by Murray Watts about the life of Henri Nouwen. It is a moving solo performance which explores the profound insights of a man who became one of the greatest spiritual writers of the twentieth century. The duration of the play is 80 minutes and Wesley's Café will be open for refreshments before and after the performance. Soup lunches at The Hurst WA6 8BB
The Hurst Methodist Church is holding the next of its Soup Lunches on Thursday 2 May at 12:00 noon. Comprising choice of soup, dessert, and tea or coffee. Price is £5, with money raised going to FUSS – Free Uniforms for SchoolS. All are welcome.

Saturday 11th May 2pm to 4pm. Come and stock up for the summer!

Saltney Methodist Church invite you ........
To join us at our Christian Aid SOUPER SOUP LUNCH on Sunday 12th May from 12.15pm at the start of Christian Aid Week 2024.

It will be a simple lunch from a range of home-made soups, bread roll and pudding, in good company. Donations to the Christian Aid appeal.
