Chester Pride 15th August

On the 15th of August, Wesley Church Centre will be taking part in the Chester Pride parade. They first joined the parade in 2016 and their presence there is a sign of their commitment to an inclusive church.

They represent not just Wesley, but also: Open Table – a network of LGBTQIA affirming faith communities across the UK; Christians at Pride – an ecumenical grassroots movement enabled by One Body One Faith, a charity advocating for change in the church; and, of course, the Methodist Church, which affirms and celebrates the participation and ministry of its LGBT+ members.

Wesley Church Centre would love to invite you to join us this year! Whether as part of the parade or as a supportive and affirming presence on the Wesley church ramp.
